All orders as soon as we receive them, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Central Standard Time.

The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 10-12 working days from the time of placing your order, this is for all US orders. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on their . location and our logistics partners. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page found on the footer of this page

Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to the registered email ID.

We do not provide exchanges for size or color. However, we accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for further details

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. if you are a registered user, you will get the status of the order under the "My Account" page.

The Bears have inner "Bear form" foam, on top of that, gorgeous PE foam Roses are attached. This makes the Bear very soft to touch and Cuddle with, not to mention looks gorgeous! PE foam is used in a lot of everyday products, and is waterproof!

As the cuddly bears are made with PE foam, these are 100% recyclable.
